Rental

The rent is £560 per calendar week at any time of year

(because of ongoing electricity price rises we cannot offer off-peak reduce charges during winter because of the additional heating costs)

Minimum rental is one week. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. The availability is for short-term holiday lets only, and we will not consider longer occupancy.

We will normally reserve a booking on payment of £100 per week (non refundable deposit), and advance payment of the £460 per week balance is expected at least 1 month before arrival. No access can be given if the balance has not been received. Payment is by bank transfer (net of any bank charges for bank transfers from outside the UK), details available on acceptance of bookings.

Pets are tolerated (but not encouraged) and must be managed responsibly.
